At MESO Customs LLC, we stand by the quality of our apparel and accessories; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery. All returned items must be in their original, unwashed, and unworn condition with all tags intact to qualify for a refund.

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in the original shipping mailer or a similar protective envelope, ensuring all original labels and packaging are included.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.
Ship and Track
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; once received, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
